Wildcats are up against tough Arizona sports betting odds as the college baseball postseason begins.

Wildcats Face Long Arizona Sports Betting Odds as College Baseball Postseason Starts
Fact Checked by Young Ruth

The Arizona Wildcats will embark on their 41st NCAA Baseball Tournament appearance this Friday, traversing three time zones for the journey.

The Wildcats (37-23 overall, 16-14 Pac-12) clinched the second seed in the Coral Gables Regional, which is being hosted by Miami.

To secure a return trip to Omaha, Arizona must strategize on how to overcome the formidable ACC team that boasted a 39-18 record in the regular season and an impressive 28-8 home record in 2022.

The Wildcats will take on Ole Miss (32-22, 14-16 SEC) in their first challenge at 4 p.m. Arizona time on Friday.

Here is a tutorial on how to make wagers on the upcoming NCAA Baseball Tournament, the first one to take place since Arizona sports betting was introduced in September.

Keep an eye on the players from Arizona during the tournament.

Among the MLB Draft prospects on the Wildcats’ team this year, catcher Daniel Susac is considered the most highly regarded.

In 2022, Susac, a sophomore from Arizona eligible for the draft, led the team in average (.367), hits (94), RBIs (61), and slugging percentage (.591). The Athletic’s Keith Law currently ranks him as the 12th-best prospect in the upcoming draft.

Watch out for starting pitcher Garrett Irvin, who led the team in innings pitched with 89.1 and had an impressive 3.22 ERA, as well as a strikeout-to-walk ratio of over 2-to-1.

Irvin and his teammate TJ Nichols were instrumental in leading the Arizona pitching staff to their first College World Series appearance in five years last season.
