Golden Nugget, Betfred, and Desert Diamond Casino have officially started their mobile sports betting operations in Arizona.

Golden Nugget, Betfred, Desert Diamond Casino Launch Mobile Arizona Sports Betting Operations

Three mobile sports betting operators in Arizona have recently launched, providing customers in the state with more choices for betting in the new year.

Betfred Sportsbook Arizona, Golden Nugget, and Kambi Group have recently begun operating in Arizona, becoming the 13th, 14th, and 15th companies to be licensed by the Arizona Department of Gaming out of a total of 18.

Betfred and Golden Nugget have recently released their desktop sportsbook platforms, while the Tohono O’odham Nation’s Desert Diamond Casino has partnered with Kambi Group to launch a successful mobile application.

Betfred launched a new retail store at the We-Ko-Pah Casino in Fort McDowell last year.

At the beginning of December, Desert Diamond Casino revealed six new automated sports betting kiosks at its Sahuarita location in Tucson.

Licensed operators are required to start mobile operations by March 8, following the ADG’s 180-day deadline from the September 9 launch.

The current position of the Arizona market

Three upcoming Arizona sports betting apps, which are Betfred in partnership with the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, Golden Nugget in partnership with the Hualapai Tribe, and Kambi Group in partnership with the Tohono O’odham Nation, are scheduled for launch in the state.

Bally’s Arizona (in partnership with the Phoenix Mercury), Digital Gaming/Betway (in partnership with the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe), and Hard Rock Sportsbook (in partnership with the Navajo Nation) have not yet announced their debut dates as licensed operators.

Bally’s Arizona officials had previously informed yengols.com that they intended to be operational by early 2022.

Hard Rock Sportsbook joined forces with the Navajo Nation in late January. A company spokesperson told yengols.com on Tuesday that they are excited to share more details soon.
