Arizona sports betting sites have decreased the Cardinals’ Super Bowl odds following their loss to the Lions.

Arizona Sports Betting Sites Drop Cardinals Super Bowl Odds After Lions Loss

The odds of the Arizona Cardinals winning the Super Bowl have plummeted as quickly as the temperature in the Valley.

Arizona sports betting experts have noted that the Cardinals have fallen to the eighth or ninth spot in the NFL’s Super Bowl odds, down from their previous ranking of fourth or fifth just a week ago.

It is not surprising when a team like the Cardinals, with a record of 1-11-1, loses to a team like the Detroit Lions, as they did on Sunday with a score of 30-12.

Arizona is aiming to end their two-game losing streak when they take on the Indianapolis Colts at 6:15 p.m. on Christmas Night, with the game airing on the NFL Network.

Cardinals’ Chances of Winning the Super Bowl Decrease

Arizona sportsbooks on Monday mornings are now indicating that the Cardinals are no longer among the elite teams in the league.

As of Monday afternoon, the Cardinals have dropped to the eighth or ninth spot in the NFL rankings. Their chances of winning the Super Bowl now range from +1300 at FanDuel Sportsbook Arizona to +1800 at DraftKings Sportsbook Arizona and SuperBook Sports Arizona.

In the NFL, Caesars Sportsbook Arizona and Fubo Sportsbook Arizona were ranked 8th with odds of +1400, wedged between TwinSpires Sportsbook Arizona and Unibet Arizona with odds of +1700.

Previously, the Cardinals’ odds were +900 on BetMGM Arizona, Caesars Sportsbook, and DraftKings Sportsbook Arizona.

Cardinals are slightly favored to win against the Colts on Saturday.

Despite potential challenges, Kyler Murray and the Arizona team are still favored in NFL betting odds for their game this weekend.

The Cardinals are expected to beat Indianapolis according to the odds, with -1.5 (-110) on DraftKings Sportsbook Arizona and BetMGM Arizona, and -2 (-110) on FanDuel Sportsbook Arizona.

BetMGM Arizona, DraftKings Sportsbook Arizona, and FanDuel Sportsbook Arizona are all offering the Cardinals as favorites with moneyline odds ranging from -125 to -124 for those interested in placing a bet.

The over/under for total points is 50 at DraftKings Sportsbook Arizona with -110 odds, 49.5 at FanDuel Sportsbook Arizona with -115 odds, and 49.5 at BetMGM Arizona with -110 odds.

The potential accomplishments for the Cardinals with a victory

Despite having a 10-4 record, the Cardinals are only half a game ahead of the 9-4 Los Angeles Rams in the NFC West standings. The Rams will be facing Seattle on Tuesday.

The Cardinals’ victory over the Colts on Saturday puts them in position to clinch a playoff spot and gives them the tiebreaker advantage over the Rams in the NFC West title race.

As of now, Arizona holds the fourth spot in the NFC playoffs, setting them up to face the fifth-seeded Rams in the Wild Card round if the playoffs were to start today.

The Cardinals last made an appearance in the NFL playoffs in 2015, ending the season with a 13-3 record. However, they were unsuccessful in the NFC Championship Game, losing to Carolina by a score of 49-15.
