Indiana has garnered 39 Powerball winners nationwide, compared to Missouri’s 31.
The latest Powerball jackpot winner in Arizona was a winning ticket worth $473.1 million that went unclaimed at a QuikTrip store in Gilbert.
The most recent winner in the state claimed a $60 million jackpot on April 1, 2017 at Scenic General Store in Littlefield. The winner decided to keep their identity private.
Arizona has produced three Powerball winners since 2000, each taking home a minimum of $100 million. The biggest jackpot of $587.5 million was claimed by Matthew Good at a Fountain Hills 4 Sons Food Stores on November 28, 2012.
Regardless of the jackpot size, individuals of all ages in Arizona likely share the same aspiration of hitting it big in the Powerball jackpot, following in the footsteps of the 14 previous winners.
