Minecraft is the most popular video game on the list of favorite games.

Minecraft had the highest search interest score of 49 in Arizona, beating out Pokémon (40) and LEGO (27) across the state.

The Japanese cartoon game ranked second among Arizonans, with LEGO beating out Grand Theft Auto and Super Mario to take third place. Interest in video games in the state is equal to that of Arizona sports betting apps.

Tetris, Call of Duty, FIFA, and Final Fantasy are among the other video games that came close to making the top 5 ranking, highlighting the wide variety of video game genres enjoyed by players.

Nevertheless, no video game had managed to captivate an entire state in the same way as the block-based creation from Mojang Studios.

Super Mario has remained popular for a long time, as Nintendo first introduced the original game in 1985 and has since created many different versions.

Minecraft made its debut in 2011, but LEGO has been developing computer and video games since the release of “Lego Fun to Build” on the Sega Pico console in 1995.

Rockstar Games released the original Grand Theft Auto in 1997, followed by six spinoff games from 1999 to 2013, and are currently working on another installment.
