Starbucks Dominates in Arizona
There are 548 Starbucks locations in Arizona, equating to 7.5 stores per 100,000 people. This has caused an 88% search interest for “Starbucks near me” compared to just 12% for Dunkin’ Donuts, which only has 103 locations or 1.41 stores per 100,000 people. In terms of popularity, Starbucks reigns supreme in Arizona much like the Cardinals are a longshot for the Super Bowl in the NFL.
Arizona State University has partnered with Starbucks in Arizona to provide full tuition coverage for its employees, known as partners, who are pursuing their first bachelor’s degree through ASU’s online programs, regardless of whether they work part-time or full-time.
The program provides military partners with the opportunity to extend tuition benefits to eligible family members, further demonstrating the company’s commitment to supporting our armed forces. This partnership with one of Arizona’s public universities highlights the company’s substantial presence in the state, ensuring that tuition benefits are available to individuals across the country who are enrolled in Arizona State University’s online program.
