As the NFL playoffs begin, Arizona betting apps are offering the Cardinals long odds for the Super Bowl.

Arizona Betting Apps Give Cardinals Long Super Bowl Odds As NFL Playoffs Kickoff

The Arizona Cardinals concluded their regular season with a disheartening defeat at their home stadium, resulting in a notable decrease in their chances of winning the Super Bowl on Arizona sports betting applications.

The Cardinals clinched the fifth seed in the NFC playoffs, marking their first postseason berth since 2015, after a 38-30 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

Arizona will travel to Los Angeles on January 17 to play against the Rams in the NFL’s first Monday Night Football playoff game.

The Cardinals and Rams will kick off their game at SoFi Stadium next Monday at 6:15 p.m. Arizona time, with the action airing on ESPN.

The Super Bowl odds for the Cardinals have been diminished.

Because of the unpredictable season the Cardinals have had, sportsbooks are giving high odds on Arizona to win Super Bowl LVI.

On Monday, the Cardinals’ odds of winning the championship dropped on eight mobile sportsbooks, but BetMGM Arizona continued to keep Arizona’s odds at +1800 for the second consecutive week.

Unibet Arizona, DraftKings Sportsbook Arizona, and TwinSpires Arizona have all updated the Cardinals’ Super Bowl odds from +2000 to +2500 on their individual platforms.

In the SuperBook Arizona sports betting market, the Cardinals’ chances of winning the Super Bowl decreased from +2500 to +3000.

Preview of the upcoming Cardinals vs. Rams game

The Cardinals split their regular season series with the L.A. Rams, winning one game and losing one. They emerged victorious with a score of 37-20 in Los Angeles, but fell short with a 30-23 loss in Glendale on Monday Night Football.

With the assistance of an outstanding performance from quarterback Kyler Murray, Arizona emerged victorious in the first meeting, as he threw for 268 yards and two touchdowns.

Chase Edmonds’ 120-yard rushing performance was instrumental in the Cardinals’ fourth straight win of the 2021 regular season, led by quarterback Murray.

Arizona did not fare well in the teams’ next meeting on Dec. 13, as the Rams intercepted Murray twice and held the Cardinals to only 103 rushing yards.

According to three different sportsbook operators, the Rams are favored to win Monday’s playoff game. BetMGM Arizona and FanDuel Sportsbook Arizona have Los Angeles listed at -4, while DraftKings Sportsbook Arizona has them at -4.5.

BetMGM Arizona and DraftKings Sportsbook Arizona both have the Rams at -200 and the Cardinals at +170 for moneyline bets. FanDuel Sportsbook Arizona has the Rams at -210 and the Cardinals at +176. The over/under for Monday’s Wild Card game is set at 50.5 total points with odds of -110 at all three sportsbooks.

The Cardinals and Rams faced off in the NFL playoffs in 1975, where the former St. Louis Cardinals were defeated by the Los Angeles Rams with a score of 35-23.
