Sportsbook partnerships with Arizona tribal casinos are on the rise.

Sportsbook Partnerships With Arizona Tribal Casinos Growing

Additional collaborations are forming between Arizona sports betting and tribal casinos.

The collaboration between TwinSpires AZ Sportsbook, owned by Churchill Downs, and the Tonto Apache Tribe’s Mazatzal Hotel & Casino in Payson marks the fifth partnership between a sportsbook and tribal casino.

This agreement allows a TwinSpires retail sportsbook to be located within the hotel and casino, and also gives TwinSpires the opportunity to launch its online sportsbook in the state once it receives regulatory approval.
